Hello.  I’m Jeanette Sanderson.  I have been a licensed real estate professional in the Southeastern NC Coastal area since 2011.  My commitment to my clients is evidenced by 89% repeat and referral business.  Representing someone as their Real Estate Agent is a huge responsibility, and one which I take seriously.  When it comes to buying or selling real estate my clients count on my experience, knowledge of the local market and market trends to help them buy or sell one of their largest assets … all while caring and understanding how a particular transaction fits into their short and long-term life goals.  Over the past 12 years it has been my pleasure to help hundreds of families relocate to our beautiful coastal area, purchase their vacation or second home, or build their investment portfolio.   I welcome the opportunity to help you as well!

I am a true southern farm girl … born in Wilmington, NC but raised with my brother and 3 sisters on a farm in Duplin County, NC. I graduated from St. Mary’s Jr. College and UNC-Chapel Hill in the 70s.   My professional career began in Wake County, NC as a paralegal where I performed title searches and closed real estate transactions.  Later, working with an international pharmaceutical company, I negotiated contracts with companies world-wide to effect the sharing of product for clinical trials.   In 2010, I moved from Cary, NC to Holden Beach, NC to assist my aging parents.  My parents were great examples of serving others and giving back to the community.  In their final years, caring for them became a big part of my life, but this past year I have been training as an advocate for sex trafficking survivors with the eastern branch of Stand Against Trafficking USA (STATUSA)   https://STATUSA.org/.   I am grateful to have had such a blessed journey thus far and look forward to the road ahead!
